
Andrew specialises in marketing homes on the Golden Mile between Milford and Takapuna and around the waterfront - both the sea and Lake Pupuke. He sees these areas as some of the finest real estate in the country, with always a strong demand for properties right across the price range.
In the last six consecutive calendar years, Andrew has sold over $100 million each year, at an average of over $4,500,000 per property – one of the highest (in volume and average sale price) residentially in the Country. He holds the highest ever recorded sales in both Milford Beachfront and Lakefront, Takapuna Beachfront and Lakefront as well as Campbells Bay Beach, Campbells Bay Clifftop and Stanley Point. Andrew seldom accepts listings outside his speciality area and only does so if he genuinely believes he's the best person for the job.
Due to the number of clients who request confidentiality, he does a significant amount of business ‘off the market’. There have been many homes he has sold without the neighbours being aware. At the top end of the market, there are large differences in where buyers see the value of property, he says, so he prefers to negotiate each transaction face to face, rather than selling by auction where there are risks when fewer people are in a cash unconditional position. Whilst he is renowned for dealing with higher value properties, Andrew has also carved a niche within the seaward side streets in and around Milford and Takapuna, especially with the lock up and leave market. He sees a strong correlation between larger homes and the downsizer market assisting those vendors with their next purchase. Andrew lives in Audrey Road (where he is currently building) with his wife Sarah and two children Ruby and Jack, and additionally has substantial commercial and residential holdings in the area. It is fair to say he lives, breathes and believes in the core areas in which he sells.
